For users of the REMAX Europe Listings connector
These terms of service govern your use of the REMAX Europe Listings connector ("the Service"). The Service is operated by PMSCS REAL ESTATE FRANCHISING, INC., Alpenstrasse 15, Postfach 7863, CH-6302, Zug, Switzerland (hereinafter "REMAX" or "we"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. About the Service
The Service is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) application that allows you to search public REMAX Europe property listings from within AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. The listing data originates from the REMAX Europe listings portal.
2. Acceptable use
We provide the Service for personal, informational property research. You agree not to misuse it, overload it, scrape it in bulk, circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that infringes the rights of others. We may rate-limit or block automated or abusive access.
3. Listings are informational only
We provide listings for general information only. They do not constitute an offer, solicitation, valuation, or professional advice. Availability, prices, sizes, and other details may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. You should always verify the information with the listing office or agent, or on remax.eu, before making any decision.
4. Third-party platforms
Your use of the Service inside ChatGPT, Claude, or any other host is also governed by that platform's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for those platforms.
5. Intellectual property
"REMAX", the REMAX balloon logo, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners. Listing content belongs to the respective REMAX offices and agents. You may not copy or redistribute content except as permitted by applicable law.
6. No warranty
We provide the Service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on listing information obtained through the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated on" date above reflects the current version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland (the seat of PMSCS REAL ESTATE FRANCHISING, INC., Zug), without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
